Is Donald Trump Losing Sleep?
I read recently that Donald Trump only needs about 3 to 4 hours of sleep a night. So what does he do with an extra 28 hours a week? He reads! Imagine that. Now I personally don't have an extra 28 hours a week to read. But I am able to set aside about 18 hours a week for personal growth. Did I start out almost 7 years ago spending that much time on personal growth? NO! (did i spend ANY would be a good question)
I have been knee deep in some good stuff lately. I'll tell you first about The Holosync Solution from Centerpointe. I've been emersed in it for over two weeks now. What is holosync? Well you can order a Free holosync demo here. It's quite facinating I have to admit and it has opened my awareness in general just over the past few weeks. If you read up on it it all makes quite a bit of sense. I had been meditating back when I was around 19 and 20 quite a bit but had gotten away from it over the years. I can tell you that this is completely different. (I wake up 1 hour before my normal time and listen for one hour. I started out with only a half hour the 1st two weeks. It's now a habit)
My speed reading has been going very well with the EyeQ program. (7 minutes) I had bought the program a couple of years ago however never committed to it. My speed is up however I'm noticing my comprehension is not quite up to speed as It could be. I find I have to re-read a page sometimes. Although the holoysnc study track that I listen to on my ipod while I read has helped quite a bit. (A beautiful and very relaxing soundtrack that features the Holosync technology at the alpha level, the brain wave pattern of super learning.) I find myself more focused while reading.
I've been listening to Joe Vitale's Beyond Manifestation weekend MP3 on ipod again as well as in the car I'm listening to a 6 CD set of Bill Harris from Centerpointes weekend seminar . (It was a free gift) (Half our for the MP3's while exercising or bike riding. Listening in the car varies)
Reading has been composed of Trumps "The America We Deserve," Bill O Reily's "Culture Warrior" and Annette Simmons "The Story Factor." I still have a ton of books lined up to read and looking forward to getting to them. A.L. Williams "The Coach" is my next one to obsorb. (A must read for anyone looking to build a huge team with their home based business.) (1 to 2 hours a night)
Why do I tell you about all this? What's this got to do with your home business? Well how important is education to you? Are you investing at all in yourself or are you looking for things outside of yourself to make things better? All the above I just told you about I do in maybe 2 to 3 hours a day WHILE I do other things mostly. While I drive I listen. The average person is in their car over 400 hours a YEAR. Drive time university! While I exercise I listen. Maybe it's while I ride my bike or work out at home for a half hour or hour. I read an hour or two a night before I sleep. Learning is earning!
Now keep in mind I've been working from home for almost 7 years now. If you're just starting and you're spare time part time with your home business just read 10 pages of a good book at night before you go to bed and listen to at least 15 minutes of a good personal development CD while you drive once a day. That's how I started. Thats how you can start too. What's your personal growth plan right now?

Hello Tony, you've got some great thoughts here. I am also working towards reading the A.L Williams story because my home based business has a direct connection to that story (One of the members of the executive team got their start in A.L Williams).
I just had my first year anniversary of starting out on my own on the 3rd of this month. It was about a month after I started my business that I realized that my business and what was required of me was MUCH bigger that I was.
In an effort to learn more I began listening to speakers like Danni Johnson and because of her I adopted the "Quitting is NOT an Option" motto. Much of what you described in the way of listening in the car or when exercising is what I do as well.
I tend to go through reading phases. I often will have a 4-5 month period where I'll read one book a week. Just can't put them down. The range is pretty broad. I read many types of books--some to relax others to learn.
I do all of this by utilizing the small moments between the events of my day. We've all got time but are we motivated to see and use the time? Is personal growth important enough to make the time work for you?

Thank you for your comments Tim! Glad to see you’re aware of the great A.L. Williams and Dani Johnson. I’m listening to some of Arts CD’s right now and they are great training info as well as my team attends Dani’s trainings.
Congrats on your anniversary! You’ll really start to reap your rewards from your 1st year around year 2 and really around year 3. I’ve been in network marketing for almost 7 years now and that “Will NOT quit attitude” will make you successful and allow you to train your people on the many “lessons” you pushed through in year 1 and 2.
As always enjoy your feedback and wish you the best of success and appreciate any feedback on the MotivationalJunkie site. Thank you for your continued input on Empowerment4life and I enjoy frequenting yours!

You can offer practically any kind of service using the internet. You just have to make sure there is a market for it and that you can actually fulfill job orders. Some of the most common internet jobs involve clerical jobs such data entry, performing tasks as a virtual assistant, web development, word processing, telemarketing, book keeping and others. You can work as a copy writer, be a sales representative or even become a pro-blogger. You can set up a business that targets clients in your own town or people halfway around the globe.
