"Winners learn from their losses." - Michael Dorsey $250,000 plus a year income earner
I love that quote. I was spending time Saturday morning with that gentlman and heard him use that quote. I thought it was so specific to the thoughts of a winner.
Have you found yourself ever questioning your results or questioning your abilities because you didn't have success in a particular activity? Winners don't see those situations as losses they seem them as stepping stones into their next phase of success.
I've found that you must go through the challenges in order to lead others through them. Leading them does not always mean you hand hold them through it either. It may mean that you're there as a light for that person at the end of the tunnel and to lend them words of encouragement.
Losses does not mean you're a loser. It means as long as you push forward you're learning how to be a winner even if it isn't easy.
Or as Zig Ziglar says, "You can finish school, and even make it easy-but you never finish your education, and it is seldom easy."
Continue your education. You're becoming a leader even if you have no one to lead. You're starting with leading yourself. Think about it.
