Everyone that I know that has reached the top in their network marketing business tells me it's all relative. The top, as it's called, is more like a mile marker in time.
Reaching a 6 or 7 figure income in your network marketing company is certainly nothing that should be frowned up of course. However it's relative to the person who is looking to fire their boss and only requires $50,000 a year to do it!
As I was listening to The Strangest Secret yesterday by Earl Nightingale he summed it up perfectly, "Success is the progression of a worthy ideal."
I didn't really get that quote a few years ago when i first heard it. If it is a persons goal to be a grocery store owner and they are in pursuit of it, then they are successful. The are progressing towards what they believe is a worthy idea.
When I look at it that way there are a lot of people that are very motivated however their idea isn't the same as mine. Maybe their worthy idea doesn't provide them the residual income or wealth that your business opportunity provides. However that isn't their worthy ideal there for they aren't going to be as passionate about it as you are.
Why am I telling you all of this?
I believe we all have at one time been frustrated with people who we feel just don't get it.
As Jim Rohn says turn your frustration into fascination.
Many people haven't seen what you've seen, heard what you've heard, read what you've read or experienced what you've experienced. This is true, but even if they had if they are already in pursuit of their worthy idea don't be upset or frustrated.
In your network marketing business you must identify with the people who aren't in pursuit of their worthy ideal but yet have a burning desire for a better quality of life. *Or partner with those who are in pursuit but are willing to introduce you to those they know.
That is who you are looking for and believe me there are millions of people out there that are not in pursuit of anything simply because they believe their top is out of reach.
Don't be frustrated because others are already in pursuit of their ideals. Be happy for them and you never know who they will send your way as a referral or if their pursuit does happen to change.
The top for everyone is different. It doesn't mean they have to be at your top in order to be successful.
Be firm in your belief of your worthy idea but be flexible in your approach to other peoples interpretation of a worthy idea and you may be surprised at who you attract and how you attract them.
